Life Research is seeking an enthusiastic and technical individual to join the IT Helpdesk Team.
This position is an entry level position who is looking to start their career in IT.
This position does require manual labor such as moving equipment and running network cables.
Helpdesk technicians are responsible for first response to helpdesk inquires.
Technicians will field helpdesk calls and provide basic support and troubleshooting such as password resets assign security rights ticket routing and escalation to other IT departments.
Technicians have a basic understanding of multiple core infrastructure systems such as Citrix VMware Active Directory Windows Server RingCentral and Office.
Life Research has dedicated more than years to researching and developing Certified Life Transfer Factorand wellness products.
The Information Technology department supports three local offices and over offices around the world with all their technology needs.
As a Department we have fun while providing excellent service.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
