Project Assistant and Maintenance Technician Reports to Project Manager Primary Responsibilities Protect the legal financial and moral wellbeing of the LHMMC and the portfolio companies.
Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful.
Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies.
Primary Duties Provide adequate support for projects selected by management Understand and fulfill requirements of specific projects timely and accurately Assist in documenting requirements results and other information as necessary Assist with management of project task lists and organization of projects to do lists Assist with coordination of project schedule and budgets Assist with organizing project files Demonstrate a team attitude and provide support to other Millerowned related parties Report all facility issues to the Facility Manager.
Manage equipment maintenance and repairs.
Execute preventative maintenance program Assist with grounds and parking issues Assist with maintenance as needed Create and adhere to project timelines and budgets and maintain accurate project records Work closely with external trade partners for LHMRE projects Assist in project due diligence Maintain contractor database qualify sub and general contractors Maintain a respectful though firm relationship with tenantsvendors Respond in a timely and effective manner to informationdocumentation requests from tenantsvendors Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and professional conduct with vendors coworkers contractors and peers at relatedparty entities Maintain confidentiality of company records plans strategies and employeerelated matters All other tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications EPA Universal Certification RMGA Certification Associates Degree or years experience in a property maintenance management related field.
Electrical electronics HVAC and plumbing experience.
Proficient computer skills with a basic understanding of interfacing equipment for building layout and remodels.
Professional communication skills.
Working knowledge of electrical mechanical refrigeration plumbing painting grounds with ability to assess and make small repairs.
Customer service skills.
High degree of attention to detail to perform facility inspections.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation Detail oriented Reliable Being dependable in fulfilling job obligations Adaptable Open to change and variety within the workplace To perform the job successfully an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
