Loan Servicing Trainer

TITLE Loan Servicing Trainer POSITION SUMMARY The Loan Servicing Trainer is responsible for the delivery of highquality training aligned with Arivos business needs and objectives.
This position is crucial and is responsible for developing and delivering Collection training both for new and existing employees.
Working collaboratively with other members of the Collections and leadership teams our Trainer will develop scripts for our Collections and Customer Service teams identify opportunities for improvement develop training manuals and assist with ad hoc training on the Collections floor when issues arise.
This is a great opportunity to build a training program from the ground up.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
