Assistant Land Development Manager
Great entrylevel role for someone passionate about development looking to get their foot in the door with a reputable builder.
Supports Land Development Managers with schedules coordination and monitoring of all aspects of land development including site grading through completion of finished homesites and final municipal acceptance.
Position involves daily interaction with Lennar Associates municipalities consultants and numerous trade partners and the ability to make sound decisions in the field.
The position may also include coordination with project engineers to gain approvals of improvement plans final plats and permits.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours a day if needed the ability to operate a motor vehicle work in outside elements read plans climb stairs climb ladders walk on uneven surfaces bend stoop reach lift move andor carry equipment which may be in excess of pounds.
Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard calculator.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
