Client Account Specialist

Due to our rapidly growing client base we have several Account Specialist openings in our Sandy Utah office.
You will be responsible for facilitating appraisal orders from start to finish for clients using our custom software.
Were looking for selfstarters who are analytical willing to learn and able to manage their time effectively.
Its important that you have empathetic communication skills in order to grow and maintain longlasting client relationships.
Review appraisal orders to ensure all required information is provided and then assign the order to an appraiser on our rotating panel based on client location product type and requested due date Facilitate all communication between client and appraiser utilizing our website email phone calls and texts Follow up with appraisers to ensure orders are scheduled and completed by the agreedupon due date while continually updating the client Complete mandatory company training including the USPAP Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice certification course Assist with customer service calls and occasionally troubleshoot basic issues with our website Follow company and industry guidelines to guarantee all sensitive information is handled correctly and securely High school diploma or equivalent years customer service experience Proven communication skills both written and verbal High level of ownershipaccountability and a desire to always learn more Strong attention to detail Job Type Fulltime Monday Friday no weekends required am pm Pay.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
