Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
An innovative, early-stage spine orthopedics company in Utah seeks an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to manage our medical devices warehouse. This person should be team-minded, collaborative, self-starting with a positive attitude. This position will oversee shipping and a kit creation system, inspect out-going packages and replenish stock. This is a multifaceted position requiring versatility, manual dexterity, and an eagerness to learn and participate in the various stages of medical device production and order processing. Other responsibilities ranging from preparing demo kits to functional testing of equipment may arise. Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3 years inventory and warehouse management experience
Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience with shipping and receiving
Ability to keep warehouse organized, clean and communicate expectations to staff
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Experience with inventory control and/or shipping software is a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
