Job Description
First Option Mortgage is seeking a well-connected and self-driven Business Development Manager in the Utah County area to grow the implementation of a sales and marketing strategy targeted towards realtors and industry influencers that result in sustainable referral partnerships. Our business has grown over the years, and is poised to take advantage of today s purchase oriented market, by aligning with the right partners to help grow our customer base, and by providing those partners with a level of service that exceeds what our competitors are able to deliver. In this role your key responsibility is to develop more of these key relationships specifically within Utah County.
Responsibilities
This individual must be driven with a proven track record of cultivating and maintaining strong Business-to-Business relationships. Previous industry experience and a book of business are not a perquisite for success, but candidates bringing those with them will likely experience more immediate success.

Experience with proven measurable productivity measures
Ability to influence the decisions of key partners

Ability to handle competing priorities effectively within established timeframes

Team-player with selfless attitude
We fund our loans as a Mortgage Banker or Lender with large, Tier-1 Investors.
