WHAT YOU LL DO
This position is of utmost importance to the success of i.t.NOW and our clients. Engineers in this position are responsible for handling escalated service requests from our front line engineers. Powerful communication skills will be required to handle difficult and complex client situations that need strong guidance and resolution. This person will be able to execute with a sound degree of expertise, confidence, personality and knowledge, enabling i.t.NOW clients to experience our commitment to stellar service
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Good communication with our engineers and management ability to communicate with client at all levels from main staff to CxO's and to understand business issues in context of IT issues. Ownership of tasks and follow through to ensure complete resolution is a must. Takes a personal interest in and responsibility for quality of work completed with ability to pay close attention to detail while performing technically detailed tasks. Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations, and have the willingness to recognize when it is necessary to ask for technical expertise from others. Understanding that the success of individuals is measured by the success of their teams. Collaborating and sharing information, supporting others, and working on a team to achieve team goals and success.
Qualifications
CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Minimum 5 years related experience in the following- Active Directory Support, Microsoft Windows and Windows Server Support, Microsoft Exchange and Office365 Support. Minimum 2 year experience - Switching/ VLAN/Routing/Firewall Support Minimum 3 year experience - Server Hardware Technologies (CPU, RAID, SCSI) Support Minimum 5 year experience - Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
