Job Description
The Site Manager responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Accountable for all issue resolutions related to the overall project, including primary driver to complete Fabmatics Action Required (AR s). Escalation point for on site install regarding technical issues, scheduling issues and resources. Responsible to follow up and assure delivery of as-built documentation and drawings to customer. Accountable for all issues relating to on-site activities. Will meet regularly with the customer, provides daily progress reports and resolve install and design change issues. Primary on-site customer contact. Ensure everyone on the Fabmatics installation team is fully compliant and knowledgeable of all safety practices and processes and take ownership of any safety issues. Manage all phases of the project from installation through final acceptance. Provide any QC Checklists variance to the Customer Installation site Manger on a real-time basis. Develop a continuous improvement plan, instill a lessons learned work ethic to all on-site personnel to routinely document, communicate, and act on viable lessons learned throughout the project. Responsible for project team health. Own site recognition and team building program. Responsible to compile and submit redline drawings to engineering to produce as-built drawings. Compile and resolve punch list from installation team and communicate punch list to customer. Own site logistics. Own skills matrix and ensures proper training of site personnel. Provide technical assistance to the installation personnel. Responsible for meeting install schedule. Report, track and own installation documents and provide reports which include:
Install QC Checklists
Redline drawings,
Schedule and resource issues,
Report Logs
Interface and coordinate with any trades working in the same area as the Fabmatics employees. Submit daily progress reports
Responsibilities
Automation, robotic, and semi-conductor equipment maintenance and installation . 90% of time.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned . 10% of time.
Up to 50% domestic and international travel may be required

Qualifications
Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience
Ability to utilize MS office to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a professional manner
Working knowledge and usage of MS Project, Visio
Knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD
Must be able to travel
Cleanroom experience a plus
Working Conditions:
Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
Some work on the equipment will be done in a cleanroom environment with the proper cleanroom clothing (the wearing of a bunny suit body suit, face mask, latex gloves, booties- may be required at times) and behavior. The individual has to follow the rules and procedures of the customer site he/she is working at.
Working in confined/closed spaces on occasion
Physical surroundings:
Production tools for AMHS, semi-conductor processing and production
Adverse working environment:
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) may be required according to site regulations; temperature and humidity are kept at a certain level inside a cleanroom to insure product quality.
Physical Effort:
Physical effort is necessary.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to work on equipment and overhead equipment at heights on a ladder or scaffold.
Domestic/International Travel: 50%
Extensive Hours: Compressed work week, overtime (up to 20 hours/week overtime)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
