Job Description
Seeking a Technical Support Professional to support a growing business. Position can be full or part time. Evenings and weekends are ok too.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Maintain network servers (Windows Server 2008 R2 with GFI)
Manage Active Directory and group policy management and support
Data backup administration
Email administration (Office 365 and Outlook)
Phone system administration (3CX VoIP system)
Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, FTP Servers, Web Servers and Mail Servers.
Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
Technical support and troubleshooting technical issues on server, desktops and mobile devices
Provide desktop support, including new builds and rebuilds
Monitor networks to ensure security and availability
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance
Manage website updates
Qualifications
Required skills:
Experience in MS Windows environment, VMware, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Disaster Recovery.
Knowledge of Office 365 and Outlook
MSSQL knowledge helpful

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
