Job Description
X-1 Precision, Inc. is a manufacturer of spinal implant components. We are located in Sandy, Utah. The company has an immediate opening and is seeking a full-time Quality Inspector. Responsible for monitoring the quality of products by following established procedures, performing inspections and supporting the production process on quality related issues.
Position is available for day shift (Mon to Fri; 6:00am to 2:30pm).
Essential Job Functions
Performs visual and dimensional inspections products.
Completes accurate records (on paper and electronic data) in order to provide objective evidence of inspections and the results.
Provides samples and communication to Inspection Manager, Shop Forman, Quality Assurance Manager, and Operations Management concerning quality issues when required.
Assists quality department and management in investigations of product related quality issues.
Follow company work instructions and policies.
Assist other employees when needed.
Keep work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
Others duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3
years of inspection experience preferred.
Experience in a machine shop setting preferred.
Experience using Keyence IM series inspection equipment preferred.
Experience using optical comparators and other measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
Must be able to read, and interpret blueprints.
Knowledge and understanding of GD&T is a plus.
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented (accuracy is a must).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
