Job Description
Property Manager work from home:
Investment Realty Advisors is a full service real estate brokerage seeking a qualified property manager to work in the property management division. Candidate must be dependable, detail oriented, and able to keep track of multiple tasks. Candidate will occasionally drive to properties and must have a vehicle.
This position will be 20 hours a week, you can set your own hours and work from home.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating of maintenance technicians.
- Communicate with tenant before and after repairs are complete.
- Schedule/ Assign repairs to the property and coordinate with tenants
- Accounting of maintenance technician s hours and supply purchases.
- Using property management software to input repair information.
- Scheduling with vendors for repairs.
- Getting quotes from vendors on repairs.
- Any other task delegated by management.
