Must have Proficient in Web Designing,PHP , XHTML,HTML, CSS and Photoshop(You need to give training to the peer group) / Flash Scripting / Animation
Must have Experience in SEO.
Must have Experience in legal rule(Team and conditions) to follow in USA and India regulations
Experience in Java script would be an added advantage.
Must Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Testing and resolving bugs and errors?
Strong design & layout abilities and an understanding of colour theory
Location:
Remote work
Time: Anytime but -Percentage of the work should send to the Project manager for approval.
Day:
6days a week.
Salary-
Rs.40000/year will review after 3 months and increased based on the performance.

Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously
Proactive and solutions oriented, willing to take ownership of projects and seem them through to completion
Adobe Paint shop and logo designEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
