Challenger is seeking an exceptional individual to be its Computer Support Analyst.
Responsibilities will include procurement and management of IT services, entitlements, contracts, and equipment inventory; provisioning and break fix support; and Tier 2 help desk support.
Candidates must have significant experience providing Tier 2 help desk support for desktop operating systems, applications, and networking technologies. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to maintain detailed records of IT equipment and services, work with external vendors to resolve service problems, and coordinate work between internal IT staff and external vendors.
Challenger's business management team understands the value of information technology to support delivery of its product. Successful candidates will join a team of IT professionals working with some of the latest virtualization, operating system, and network technologies to support Challenger's mission.
