8 Year Real Estate Investor Has Opening

I am looking for some sharp individuals with open minds who understand that NOW is the time to get into Real Estate!
If you could work 15 to 20 hours over a ninety day period and make $15,000 - $20,000 would you? How many transactions would you need to close on to realize your financial goals? We can assist with auctions, fix and flips, wholesaling, lease options, payment assignments, short sales, apartment complex's, seller financed notes, and so much more!!
If you want to get in the game but are afraid you don't have the money or credit, no problem! If you don't know how to get motivated sellers to call you, no problem! If you don't know what to say to homeowners in default, no problem. If you don't have an established team set up, no problem, we can assist with that plus so much more!!
Many of my students in the first 60-90 days are putting anywhere from 3-10k a month in there pocket.
If this interests you we need to talk! I only train and open my network to those that are serious and ready to change their lives now! If you are interested and think you can qualify call or email me. If I am not able to answer leave a message

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
