Software Developer
Looking for a software developer that is interested in exploring an equity partnership project. I have a software system that I need to get developed for a start-up company. The concept has already been proven with a basic system but needs to go to the next level in order to attract VC investment. The project would be based solely on an equity stake up until the first deliverable. Once phase one is complete a negotiated pay based off of the licensing will be available. Ability to develop a complete web based proof of concept application. Including running it on the serveres, dba and front end development.
