Provider Data Manager/IT Administrator

This position will be required to generate weekly and adhoc reporting for internal and external clients that capture provider fee schedules and other general provider information. It will be responsible for building fee schedules/rate sheets requested by the contracting department for our claims system. This position will also assist the IT department in all system servers, system policies, databases, web sites, backup processes, terminal servers, phone systems, printers, cloud systems.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Build fee schedules requested by the contracting department. Run reporting for claims and provider systems. Ad hoc reporting and optimizing current access databases
Manage and optimize all mysql database servers, and when requested build and maintain access databases
Work with the TI manager in keeping systems optimized and efficient
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
Fee schedule data requirements
Complete all required reports and database projects
Support in keeping all system up and running.
Support all projects/ requests directed to the IT department
Experienced at compiling data, reporting, creating databases and reporting tools
Knowledge of RBRVS, DRG, CPT-4, ICD-9 and other standard medical coding reimbursement methodologies
Experience being an IT administrator in a health care industry
Experience in system policies and terminal server administration
Knowledge of PHP and web site configuration and administration
Excellent knowledge of MS Access/MySQL Server
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and work independently
Experience with Microsoft and Linux servers and OS's and networking
Experience in MySql administration including ODBC and other front and back end tools
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent systems administration experience, and MCSE certification.
Experience: At least five years of IT administration experience. At least two years of experience working in a health care IT support environment is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: The job requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching; requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment; requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports; requires lifting papers or boxes up to 25 pounds occasionally. Work is performed in an office environment. Work may be stressful at times. Contact may involve dealing with angry or upset people.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
