Technical Support - Level 2

Utah Broadband is one of the fastest growing providers of fixed wireless internet solutions for business and residential customers along the Wasatch front. We have established ourselves as one of the premier broadband providers with thousands of customers.
There is currently a full time opening doing Technical Support-Level 2 including telephone and remote access support. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, good organization habits and a solid team player.
The following skills are required:

Excellent customer service and telephone skills

Solid knowledge of networking and routing both in the business and home environments

Extensive knowledge of routers and switches, with cabling knowledge a plus

Intimate knowledge of Windows and Mac networking

Knowledge of Windows 7, VISTA and XP, and Macintosh OS

Efficient and thorough troubleshooting skills

Ability to talk with people of all technical levels

Genuine desire to solve customer's problems

Understanding of current wireless technology a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
