Executive Chef - NEW Loveland Living Planet Aquarium

Lancer Catering seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef for the food service and catering operation at the new Loveland Living Planet Aquarium set to open in December 2013. Lancer will operate an upscale cafe and a coffee shop at the Aquarium. We will also launch a catering and special events business. We expect events held at the Aquarium to include formal wedding receptions, corporate events and fund-raising events.
The position of Executive Chef oversees and is responsible for food quality, preparation, production and presentation in both retail and catering divisions and must ensure that our retail kitchen and our on-site catering kitchen at the Aquarium are producing high quality food and functioning smoothly, efficiently and profitably.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high profile culinary venture at what is expected to be one of the premier public facilities in the area surrounding Salt Lake City. We are looking to bring on the individual who will fill the position of Executive Chef in November 2013 to assist with menu development, culinary standards, kitchen installation etc.
The qualified individual:
has at least 4 years of culinary leadership experience
is a hands-on manager
is skilled working in a display cooking environment
has direct experience preparing food for catered events
can effectively oversee culinary production to recipe specifications
can foster a team-centered work environment
is comfortable interacting with the public and showcasing his/her culinary abilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
