Staff Accountant/Analyst

Infinisource is currently looking for an experienced Staff Accountant/Analyst.
This position will support various aspects of finance management and analysis for the company. The successful candidate will need to be effective and experienced in general accounting functions and detail oriented. The position requires solid accounting experience combined with strong analytical skill.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Process and analyze inventory transactions
Count and reconcile physical inventory to GL
Create and analyze monthly sales reports for multiple product sales divisions
Compile data on current pricing trends
Analyze customer retention rates
Assist with month and year end close process
Assist with audit requests
Perform bank reconciliations
Review GL accounts for accuracy and discrepancy
Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis request by management
Essential
Qualifications:
Knowledge of accounting processes required
Self-starter and have an Ability to work independently
Able to manage multiple task and deadlines
Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Mas 90 or 500 a plus
Possess analytical skills with particular attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude
Highest degree of integrity, professionalism and discretion required
Post-Secondary degree in accounting (or equivalent work experience)
1-5 years accounting experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
