I buy homes from individuals who are no longer able to make their monthly mortgage payments or bank foreclosed homes. I do necessary repairs and improvements to make the home marketable, and resell to end buyers at market value or below
Average profit on each deal is 15 to 20k.
The foreclosure market is getting smaller and smaller in Utah but there are still plenty of deals out there if you know what to look for and where.
If you are a hard worker and good student, you will make a lot of money.
