Office Manager/Receptionist

Dynamic software and consulting company is seeking an energetic individual who is organized and detail-oriented to manage day-to-day office operations. Excellent phone demeanor and customer service skills, and prior office management experience in a professional services environment is required.
Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, managing accounts payable, billing/receivables/collections, coordinating company events, organizing, filing, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self motivated
Multitask oriented
Quick learner
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel
Experience with Quickbooks preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
