Health Coach (hiring in 1-3 months)

Orriant is looking for qualified candidates who have an interest in becoming a health coach in the next 1-3 months. While we aren't immediately hiring, we hope to identify strong candidates for openings in the near future.
Job Description:
The Orriant Health Coach works to fulfill the Orriant mission of engaging people in the management of their own health and wellness by building relationships with participants, providing accountability, and offering education.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain positive relationship and rapport
-Create a mutual understanding of how to address their health conditions, health status, and risks
-Create personalized, non-prescriptive health and wellness goals
-Educate participants on the participation requirement designated by their company
-Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain high ethical standards at all times
-Provide credible and quality health education
Additional Expectations:
-Maintain regular, consistent office hours, minimum of 10 hours and 3 days a week
-Attend ongoing coach meetings and trainings
-Maintain positive attitude and be solution oriented
-Self manage time well
-Keep current on health education
Skills/
Qualifications:
-Four year degree in health science field
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Customer service experience
-Ability to be flexible with a quickly growing company
-Passion for health and wellness
-Intrinsic desire to help other people
This job is located at the Orriant Corporate Office in Sandy, UT. Relocation costs are not included.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
