Customer Service/ Appeals Rep

We are an agency that advocates between the healthcare facility and the patient, helping self -pay patients, or patients that have not met their insurance deductible, qualify for government funded programs such as; Medicare, Medicaid, Disability, Workman's comp, at no cost to the patient. We work tirelessly to reduce the financial burden of medical costs on Americans and on the healthcare providers who serve them.
If you have prior work history that has dealt with medical insurance, billing, ICD-9 coding, medical claims, or knowledge about Medicare, Medicaid, SSI/ SSDI, and Disability. Or if you have extensive customer service skills & looking for a great career, then we want to talk to you!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
