Real Estate Group seeking a welcoming, detail oriented, and proactive Buyers Agent. The ideal applicant has a high attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills; can function well in a fast-paced environment; works within a team concept but capable of being a self-motivated, accountable leader; gets excited by the opportunity to learn and is motivated to grow themselves, all while supporting a business which is committed to improving the lives of others.
1. Prospects for, follow-ups with, presents to, and services buyers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into buyer agreements, and buyer agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
2. Possesses expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding homeownership.
3. Provides high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinates a time-efficient home search process.
4. Consults with Buyer clients to ensure fiduciary service of the Real Estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close.
5. Effectively negotiates with team leader for all buyer clients assigned.
Responsible for all fees including, but not limited to MLS, WFR, RE/MAX desk and annual fee, and E&O. Commission program to be discussed during interview.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
