Apple Sales/Training/Repair - Expercom, Utah's oldest Apple Specialist, is looking hire someone that is passionate about Apple products. As a representative of Expercom and Apple, you are an essential part of the customer's experience. You are able to recommend solutions for customers on the products they love. You can help them understand techno speak and help them with their problems. You are excited about making the customer's experience good and memorable.

You can listen and understand customers needs and help them find solutions
You love Apple products and what they can do
You enjoy learning new skills and are excited of growing in a changing environment
Willing to work Saturdays
Skills you will need:
Ability to get customers excited about Apple products
Provide a personalized experience to each customer
Provide basic training for customers
Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting
Perform basic hardware upgrades
Create blog posts for common customer questions
Give ideas on improving the business and operations
Willingness to get appropriate Apple certifications
