College Search Advisor
EduTrek is hiring both At-Home and In-House Call Center Agents. To be considered to work from home, an At-Home Agent must possess a minimum of one year of verifiable call center experience. Applicants who possess previous phone experience but have not previously worked from home or in a call center will be considered for an In-House position if they otherwise qualify. This is a customer service/sales position. Pay is $12 to $22 per hour.
Hourly pay is based on performance and CSAs are eligible for an increase each month. College Search Advisors (CSA) are required to take calls via a predictive dialer accepting both inbound transfers and outbound calls adhering to company quality and production standards. During these calls CSAs gather information regarding the educational background, interests, and goals, of a potential student. Once a profile has been created, a CSA searches our national database to get the potential student in contact with the schools that best match the programs the student is looking for.
Applicants must have a minimum of one year customer service or similar sales experience, preferably in a call center environment. All other applicants will not be considered.
