Mark Miler Subaru is currently seeking a qualified Part-time Receptionist/ Cashier to join our sales and service departments to provide outstanding customer service, work respectfully with peers and demonstrate outstanding customer care.
Qualifications:
Automotive Dealership Experience a plus
Team player
Excellent Organizational Skills
Customer service oriented
Good Driving Record
Able to pass background check and drug test
Basic knowledge and understanding of automobiles
Detail oriented
Self-motivated and reliable
Good communication skills and outgoing with customers
The Part-time Receptionist/ Cashier shall assist with:
Answering the phone and directing customers to the right places
Prepare and mail outgoing letters for customers
Record temporary permits into the permit log
Stocking in cars
Printing car invoices off of Subaru.net
Printing new and used car lists every morning for sales and managers
Report retail deliveries in Subaru.net
Distributing customer license plates upon pick-ups
Closing tickets- receipting in cash
Customer relations
Taking payment and reconciling credit cards
Filing and helping in service
Helping in the office as needed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
