We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an integrative, naturopathic/functional medicine office setting, with knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical receptionist duties.

Your Responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical information Manage patient check-in and check-out process, including collecting payments Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow of patients Assist with medical scheduling and appointment reminders Handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Checking in with patients to make sure their needs are being met and notifying the doctor(s) when necessary Reviewing treatment plans, cost of treatment plans, discussing payment plans, and compassionately encouraging patients to start their treatment plans Handling billing and payment plans (cash only practice) Entering and tracking inventory Ordering supplements and office supplies Assisting patients in and out of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber as needed (training provided) Checking in on patients as needed Calling in prescriptions Assist in clerical work Assist the office manager Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computer software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records Familiar with naturopathic, functional, integrative or holistic medicine Must be genuinely passionate about helping others transform their health Punctual, dependable, responsible, and professional Genuine care for the well-being of our patients Sale experience Pay:
