This position is anticipated to take 12-16 hours/week.
The Administrator can choose their own schedule, as long as those regular office hours fit during the days Monday through Thursday, between 9-3.
The position will be compensated at $20-$22/hour.
We are searching for a candidate with A collaborative spirit, who can work with the other staff and volunteers.
A welcoming personality, who can help visitors and partners feel welcome.
An ability to organize an office, especially paperwork, calendars, and work flow.
A proficiency in communication and publication, online and in print, especially through the Microsoft suite.
A degree of technical prowess, to handle computer systems (website, MailChimp, social media, membership database) and basic electrical systems (alarm, key codes, thermostats, security cameras, copier).
