The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, self-motivated, reliable, punctual, and have a sincere desire to help customers gain optimum health of body and mind through excellent service.
A Day in the Life:
Greet and acknowledge each customer as they enter the store.
Be available to assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
Cashiering Responsibility:
ring up customers with friendliness and efficiency.
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all front-end areas.
Promote Good Earth Loyalty program at each transaction.
Gain product knowledge and use it to help better assist customers.
Stand for long periods of time and complete tasks that require repetitive lifting, and bending.
Use basic math skills for providing change and some inventory management.
Perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.
Availability and Compensation:
