Lone Pine Bakery is a wholesale and retail bakery that specializes in premium, handmade croissants, pastries, and desserts.
Bakers must be able and willing to show up on time, work the evening shift between (2pm-Midnight), and be accountable for making every shift they are scheduled.
Culinary students and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
To be successful at Lone Pine Bakery a candidate must meet the following qualifications.
-Two years baking or other culinary arts experience.
-Sharp attention to detail.
-Proficient kitchen skills, be able to work efficiently and clean.
-Keen culinary sense, must be able to follow recipes and scale baking ratios.
-Level headed and positive in high stress situations.
-Forward thinking, the ability to work independently, and excel in a kitchen environment.
-Light footed with the ability to perform in a fast pace environment.
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
