Job Description The Implementation Specialist will be responsible to onboard new clients and properties.
This includes working with clients to obtain all compliance paperwork, coordinating the onsite surveys, completing data entry of new clients/properties including the managing product packages and processor instructions.
Keeping key stake holders informed of status and any delays is a critical part of this job and working closely with our integration partners is vital to this role.
Functions and Responsibilities Working closely with new clients to obtain all compliance documents.
Data entry of all new properties and clients Understanding and managing product packages Understanding and managing the implementation with our integration partners including ResMan, Rent Manger, Yardi, Property Boss and others as they come on board Keeping all key stakeholders aware of status and any delays Skills / Qualifications Superb attention to detail Excellent client service soft skills with strong communication skills Strong knowledge of RIQ.
Specifically, the product packages, processor instructions and nuances of all client options and set up.
Strong knowledge of our integrated partners including Rent Manager, Property Boss, ResMan, Yardi and others as they come on board.
Comfortable with the ever-changing priorities, deadlines, and job requirements of a rapidly growing small company Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree Preferred Type Full time,non-exempt, hourly Monday thru Friday 8:
