About the Role As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, welcoming them to our office and assisting them with their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and efficiently Verifying insurance information and scheduling appointments Collecting co-payments and processing paperwork Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1
