Summary:
We are a fast casual hot pot restaurant seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members in the food industry.
As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Must be 18
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas - Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and cooking menu items - Stocking food items and sauces, washing dishes and operating dishwasher.
- Follow all safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction - Provide friendly and prompt customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns Skills:
- Culinary skills:
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment - POS (Point of Sale)
Experience:
Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash transactions - Cash handling:
Accurate handling of cash transactions, including giving change and processing payments - Kitchen help:
Willingness to assist with various tasks in the kitchen, such as food preparation and cleaning - Food industry knowledge:
Familiarity with food safety regulations and industry best practices - Restaurant
Experience:
Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment is a plus Location:
