About the Position:
Empower Our Financial FrameworkAs we sculpt the future of wealth management, we're on the lookout for a dedicated and analytical Accounting Controller to enhance our finance team.
Partnering closely with our CFO, you'll be pivotal in navigating our financial strategy, planning, and accounting operations.
This role is tailor-made for those who are passionate about constructing durable financial infrastructures, optimizing operational efficiencies, and fueling the expansion of our company.
This role will be baised out of our Sandy Utah branch.
Your Impact:
Lead alongside the CFO in strategic financial planning, reporting, and managing our accounting operations, ensuring our readiness for growth and scalability.
Design and supervise the implementation of financial systems, processes, and controls that propel the company's development and operational excellence.
Guarantee precise and timely financial reporting, equipping us for sustained expansion and prosperity.
Engage with company leaders, providing critical financial insights and guidance to foster strategic growth and optimize performance.
Architect financial strategies and plans that bolster the expansion of our company's branches, directly influencing our market footprint.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of professional accounting experience, with a preference for those who have thrived in accounting management roles.
A visionary at heart, driven by the chance to innovate and forge within our company's financial landscape.
A proven track record in financial planning, reporting, and accounting in high-velocity settings.
A steadfast commitment to integrity, precision, and confidentiality in all financial endeavors.
Your Toolkit:
Exceptional analytical prowess, with the ability to distill complex financial data into tangible, actionable insights.
Stellar communication skills, capable of nurturing collaborative relationships at every organizational level.
Deep expertise in GAAP, coupled with technical acumen in financial reporting.
Previous experience in wealth management or broker/dealer environments is highly desirable.
Proficiency in business intelligence and budgeting tools, plus advanced competencies in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
