Our team is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team.
As an office assistant, you're the first voice our customers hear.

You'll be a crucial part of our team as you help keep our customer interactions and record keeping streamlined and organized.
Key
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for our clients by managing incoming calls, including lead intake, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Organize and manage leads, ensuring that they are accurately recorded and followed up on in a timely manner.
Assist in the management of our marketing efforts by tracking campaigns, compiling reports, and analyzing data to help enhance our marketing strategies.
Keep customer records organized in our CRM system, making sure lead statuses are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate directly with the CEO on a monthly basis to perform a marketing/lead audit with our marketing team Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the team and improve office efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, with a strong emphasis on customer service and customer data management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle calls professionally.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
High school diploma required; further education or certification in administrative duties will be a plus.
