Join our Amazing TEAM! We are looking to add a skilled Office Assistant to our in-office team located in West Valley City! We are willing to train and provide the resources needed to be successful in this career.
The ideal candidate should possess a great attitude, organizational, handyman, professional, and telecommunication skills.
This person should be flexible, tech-savvy, and be able and willing to take on many different tasks! Fitting into our Team First Culture and being on time will also be extremely important.

In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for many office tasks including, helping set up new hires with equipment, assisting employees with electronic troubleshooting, keeping company files up to date, and coordinating with management for various projects.
They will also help manage our tool inventory, keep track of office supplies, and help our Customer Service team when needed by communicating with our customers, scheduling repair appointments, and providing our customers with both a positive experience as well as a solution to their needs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
