Executive Assistant Reports to:
Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Primary
Responsibilities:
Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of LHMCO and the portfolio companies.
Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful.
Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies.
Primary Duties:
The Executive Assistant works with high-level executives within the Larry H.
Miller Company to provide top-level assistance.
Working in a professional environment; being trusted with high-end and complex duties.
Working as a proactive partner to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer - thinking ahead and planning appropriately for busy and complicated schedules.
Organizing and maintaining files and records, managing and coordinating calendars (planning and scheduling meetings and appointments - at times across internal and external organizations and with key executives), preparing agendas and tracking action items, making travel and guest arrangements, preparing expense reports, processing invoices, managing day-to-day processes of our department, and providing quality customer service.
Copying/printing documents and shipping and mailing.
Handling confidential and proprietary information.
Supporting travel and logistics for Board of Directors.
Ensuring meeting rooms and equipment are properly functioning for events and meetings.
Coordinating invitations and attendance for events and sponsorships.
Qualifications:
5 or more years' experience working in a professional environment.
High-level of independent judgment and attention to detail is necessary.
Excellent spelling and grammar to prepare correspondence.
Excellent listening & communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
Strong computer and Microsoft Office experience (writing emails, Outlook calendaring/event scheduling, preparing basic PowerPoint presentations, transcribing notes, and creating and managing spreadsheets).
Basic math skills.

Physical Requirements:
Work performed in an office setting.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about facilities.
May occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
May stand or sit for long periods of time.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
