You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Your
Responsibilities:
Oversee the construction of Data Centers from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage a team of professionals, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Work closely with the Director of Construction and other senior management to ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Ensure that all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.
Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and status.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
7
years of experience in Data Center Construction, mission critical, MEP, director of construction, mission critical facilities, Data center Operations.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and standards.
You must be willing to be open to travel and/or relocate.
