Signature Collection Guest Services Supervisor - Winter 2023 - 24
Please note, this position is located at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, UT.

Assist the Guest Services Manager and Operations Manager with all aspects of operations at the Signature Collection front desk.
JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Act as the Manager on Duty during evening shifts Assist with scheduling Assist the Guest Services Manager with preparing and presenting training material to staff Assist General Manager, Maintenance Manager & Operations Manager with administrative duties Check guests and owners in and out Give guests and owners directions, information and instructions Concierge duties including making reservations for restaurants and activities Assist guest with any reasonable request Assist in coordinating the Guest Service Staff with luggage & package delivery Settle guest balances upon departure Handle cash and credit card transactions Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be extremely organized with an acute attention to detail Must be able to work positively with a wide variety of personalities Must have the ability to provide excellent guest service both internally as well as externally Excellent leadership qualities Must have the ability to train new staff Knowledge of the Park City area Ability to communicate clearly (spoken and written communication) Working knowledge of computers and computer operating systems Ability to maintain composure under pressure Must be able to handle stress and diffuse difficult or problematic situations with guests Self-motivated Must be able to work nights (ski season),weekends and holidays Must be able to work overnight security shifts as needed DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:
