Since its opening in 1962, and under only it's second ownership, Goldminer's Daughter has served as a base of operations for anyone enjoying the greatest snow on earth.
Before it was the home of world-renowned skiing, Alta was a mining town.
We get our name and personality from the saloon that once stood in almost the exact same spot as our beloved lodge in homage to the sense of adventure and risk-seeking mentality that drove those miners to throw caution to the wind and head deep into Little Cottonwood Canyon.
Even our employees are powder junkies.
We strive for lasting relationships with our entire community, guests, and employees alike.
We are like a family where everyone cares for everyone.
Standards are high.
We have some of the best employee housing in Little Cottonwood Canyon.
With great pay, a positive work culture, complimentary meals, access to amenities, and the nearest ski lift only 75 feet away, what more could you want? READY TO JOIN OUR HOUSEKEEPING TEAM?
