Responsibilities:
As part of our Guest Services team, you will be our valued guests' first point of contact, setting the tone for their relaxation journey.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to throughout their visit.
Managing phone calls, appointments, and inquiries with grace and efficiency.
Assisting guests in selecting the perfect treatments and packages to suit their preferences.
Coordinating appointment schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of our spa facilities.
Effectively handling payment transactions, gift card sales, and retail product inquiries.
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and retail space.
Collaborating with our spa therapists, salon, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and be adaptable.
A passion for wellness and a genuine interest in creating positive guest experiences.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
