Accounts Receivable Processor
Now Hiring! Accounts Receivable Processor Contract through Jan 2024 Onsite in Sandy, Utah $23-$24/HR We are seeking a motivated and organized Cash Application Specialist to join our team.
Duties:
Receive and process incoming payments, including checks, electronic payments, and credit card payments.
Ensure all payments are applied accurately to customer accounts.
Reconcile payments received with customer invoices and account statements.
Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries and payment discrepancies.
Update and maintain customer records and payment information in the accounting system.
Collaborate with the accounting team and the aging team to ensure accurate and timely posting of payments.
Prepare reports and summaries of payment activity as needed.
Transfer the daily lockbox files from bank websites to the appropriate network folders for automated payment application or rejection.
