Responsibilities:
Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered Establish connections with potential clients Channel new, eligible leads into the sales pipeline Pursue fresh business prospects to broaden the customer base Regularly update customer databases to provide up-to-date client information to the sales team and our corporate referring partners Possess proficient time management abilities

Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills High school diploma, G.
