This unique compensation plan allows an annual six-figure income within 12 to 16 months at plan.
With a primary focus on engaging prospects and acquiring new business, the Account Executive will leverage Unishippers' product and service offerings to present innovative supply chain and logistics solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES oConsult, educate and simplify supply chain practices through an innovative, web-based platform oStreamline in and outbound processes, providing customized solutions oLead presentations with executives/owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume oPartner with the operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction oSolution selling; effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis oBuild a pipeline of new opportunities as well as engage prospects at the C-Suite level oPresent a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas and lanes oTake the lead in coordinating/developing/managing all aspects of the proposal process oClose, activate, and train decision makers on our exclusive shipping platform REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES oCompetitive and motivated mindset with a passion for new business development oHigh energy, with a passion for your personal brand and the ability to carry yourself like an executive oComfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment oEffective verbal and written communicator with strong business acumen and intuition oSelf-starter with strong organization & presentation skills oAttention to detail to drive profitability oAbility to think strategically about the impact on the client's long-term business strategy oTeam-oriented peer with a thirst to compete to be the most valuable player oProven success in generating/qualifying leads through prospecting new business with a hunter mentality QUALIFICATIONS oBachelor's degree (Preferred) o1
