Internet Sales Coordinator Summary :
Based in the Sandy division office with the possibility of a hybrid schedule in the future, weekends is a must.
Accountable for generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through the use of internet-generated leads.
Accountable for providing an extraordinary experience for all internet generated customer traffic.
ResponsibilitiesCreate a positive experience for our internet customers and be able to guide them through Lennar's consultative sales process via email, online live chat, SMS, phone calls, video, and face-to-face meetings.
Effectively capture and convert internet customer traffic into viable sales prospects by creating the desire for internet customers to visit our Welcome Home Centers (WHC).
Ability to multi-task and provide immediate or same day response to all internet customer requests.
Educate internet customers on current/future community and product offerings, sales process, and incentive opportunities.
Qualify prospective customers based on desired location(s), budget, timing for purchase, and availability of new homes as needed.
Follow up with internet customers per the follow up program outlined by your division.
Partner with the on-site New Home Consultants (NHC) as appropriate to provide an extraordinary experience to our customers through throughout the sales process.
Multi-tasking & generating a viable sales prospects/appointment while effectively capturing the customers' needs and making appropriate recommendations and convert into a Welcome Home Center visit.
Have a competent understanding of the division's product and community offerings and incentive opportunities at all times.
Regularly work in and around Lennar communities, including, primarily, WHC.
Monitor website data, digital photography, illustrations and virtual tours on Lennar.
com and other Lennar affiliated websites.
Attend all company sales meetings, phone banks and training programs.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
QualificationsTwo (2) to four (4) years' experience in the homebuilding industry preferredValid real estate salesperson's license as required by stateTeam PlayerBasic computer skills required- Web browsing, spreadsheets, webs schedulingExcellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills (professional, friendly, and efficient)Plus-Ability to problem solve & self-manage activities with minimal supervisionHigh school diploma or GED requiredMaintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is requiredMust have extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experienceEscrow and mortgage financing a plusMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsUnderstand and follow posted work rules and proceduresCommitted to self-development of sales and internet skillsAccept constructive feedbackPhysical Requirements :
This is primarily an active position:
associate must be willing to drive to various communities to demonstrate model homes in varying weather conditions, unless hazardous or unsafe.
Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard and telephone equipment, extensive phone and computer communication with customers is required.
Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
