Graduated from a PT curriculum approved by one of the following The American Physical Therapy Association.
The Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the Americal Medical Association.
The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.
years of appropriate experience as a PT preferred Working Environment Works indoors in Home Health office and patient homes and travels tofrom patient homes.
Pay is per visit and commensurate with experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
