We are looking for a SERVICE WRITER to join our Kubota Elite Dealer Awardwinning business at our Salt Lake County dealership Typical duties include but are not limited to Assist in scheduling of service work.
Fields internal and external customer inquiries to the Service.
Creates maintains repair orders.
Updates customer profiles Makes sure all technicians are properly clocked in on jobs.
Closely work with technicians to ensure proper parts are ordered for the service department.
Process records of material invoices and outside labor invoices to ensure proper cost accounting Process customer payments Work in coordination with the Service Manager in all administrative functions of the service department Ensure every customer is satisfied with the service provided Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Two or more years of experience in a Service Writer or a Service Administrator position andor service or parts department are a plus Reliable professional with excellent organizational skills Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as attention to detail are a MUST Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and webbased programs Experience in using office equipment scanner copier etc.
Ability to be flexible and easily adapt to change and shifts in priorities Able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively Must be a strong team player and a people person.
Employee Background Check Prior to becoming an employee of Bonneville Equipment Company a jobrelated substance screen will be performed.
A background check may be conducted also consisting of prior employment verification professional reference checks and education confirmation.
As applicable to the position a credit criminal health examination and driving record history may also be obtained.
Benefits.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
