Professional in Real Estate and Business seeks , trainee, apprentice and then associate

Leading Real Estate Investment Professional with 8 years experience, looking for some SHARP individuals interested in Real Estate.
I work in real estate investing passionately full time as a living and I assist others in obtaining the education and training and mentoring part time, because I love watching motivated people obtain a successful six figure income using the same methods in which I learned.
I buy homes from individuals who are no longer able to make their monthly mortgage payments,(short sales), at auctions, or bank foreclosed homes. I do necessary repairs and improvements to make the home marketable, and resell to end buyers at market value or slightly below.
Average profit on each deal is $15 to $20k.
The foreclosure market is getting smaller in Utah but there are still plenty of deals out there if you know what to look for and where.
Earn While you Learn to Create your business with all the tax advantages available to you now.
No license required and no experience necessary.
You must be coach able and trainable.
I am willing to train new investors but you must be eager to learn, motivated to achieve new financial success, and willing to do whatever it takes to earn a 6 figure income.
I am not looking for your money or credit to do real estate deals!
If you are an experienced investor I'll take you to the next level,or if you are a Realtor or agent be prepared to learn new skills.
You must be ENTREPRENEURIAL minded!
I look for drive and train for skill. This is a 1099 position allowing you to earn as much as you are willing to work for.
HAVE YOU EVER CONSIDERED LIVING LIFE ON YOUR TERMS?IN YOUR TIME FRAME?

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
